I disliked my first attempt at this scene: [link] So had a do-over. This version has, I think, a much better looking characters and staging.

Thorin, of course, is the big dwarf in the middle. Balin is the old guy at his side, and the names of the other dwarves are up to you.

Critiques are very welcome, feel free to point out anything that you think could improve.

Thanks for looking, I hope you enjoy it.

Excellent work. I love the colours, the perspective, the light, and how you portrayed the Dwarves and their expressions.
If by 'feel free to point out anything' you meant also canon nitpicks, I'd volunteer that baldness was unknown among Tolkien's Dwarves, and pre-adventure Bilbo is not likely to keep trophy weapons (unless those are the Dwarves' equipment). If you meant just artistic nitpicks, I'm afraid I have none. ;)

Great job! It really captures the spirit of the Hobbit.

That's a wonderful work, congratulations :) It's how I pictured the dwarves of the book. (I like their design in the movie, as well)
