Motte and Bailey Hall by J-Humphries Motte and Bailey Hall by J-Humphries
When I submitted my last painting I asked if anyone would like to see some interior shots of the castle and town. Here's the main hall, used for feasting and the like.

Enjoy!

Check out the exterior shots of the fortress here: [link] [link] [link]

You are missing the grasses they spread on the floor instead of carpet.  Whatever for I don't know.

The work is amazing, however I'd adjust the shadows under the skin on the left side as it looks kinda soaring in the air;

This is amazing, good job man. Can i ask tho, how do you go about doing such constrating and beautiful light, mainly where it hits and the sunshafts?

Great job. Though, the table on the left looks out of perspective for some reason. Otherwise Fantastic the way you're getting the light to bounce around. Great job.

Thanks, but the table is in perfect perspective. It just looks a bit weird because of the field of view I used.

Yeah, I see what you both mean about the table. It's almost certainly because it's on that raised platform. If it had been on the ground with the others, no one would have batted an eye.
Also, Vonmurder, how many hours do you think this piece took you? It's nicely done.
