Port Hooke by J-Humphries Port Hooke by J-Humphries
Port Hooke is the only major spaceport on Mars, and one of the few cities. With the threat of raids on settlements by the ancient tribes, many have evacuated to prefabricated homes, laid out by the colonial government as temporary housing.

As always, critiques are welcome, and thanks for looking.

When i see your pic for the first time, the first idea that come to my mind was Red Mars by Kim Stanley Robinson. Even before read your description in the comments.  Very well done job. I like it a lot. And i recomend you the book if you dont read it yet. Greetings.

Think I can see Cohagen's office in that tower. ;)
It has a slight touch of the Empire. But I guess its just the ships that made me look for a standing clone army.;)

Love that kind of clunky, 70s utilitarian aesthetic.

Excellent work it does have a retro kind of art feel to it like the covers of novels for scifi novels.

Haha, yeah. Maybe it took them way too long to set up, or maybe half of the toilets don't work. Or! It could be one of those futuristic computerized governments.

This looks incredible, a bit like I would imagine Mars in the early stages of colonization and terraforming.

Very COOL! This is one of my favorites from the last few you've done. Great imagination on the architecture!
