The infamous helicopter bandits. They attack anyone on sight, especially convoys. Scouring the wasteland for precious water supplies, they make use of lost technology to loot and kill.

Mostly this is Warriors of the Wasteland fanart, a ridiculous Mad Max rip off, about group of ruffians known as the "Templars" (pronounced "Teplers" by the voice actors) whose only mission is to finish off all of humanity in the aftermath of nuclear war.

Of fuck, why didn't they do this in borderlands? this is brilliant!

...then again, finding all the needed fuel for the helicopters must get expensive.
